Volunteer Centre Newcastle evaluation report As a quality accredited Volunteer Centre assessed by the National Volunteer Development Agency (Volunteering England) we are required to evaluate the services we offer to individuals and organisations who use our service. By getting feedback on how we work we are able to prioritise the services we offer based on the resources and funding we have available to us. Volunteer Centre Newcastle is the busiest Centre in the North East of England with less staffing and funding compared to Volunteer Centres in other similar sized cities in England. Although we have shown that we have been able to deliver Volunteer Centre 'core functions' to a quality standard we continue to strive to improve the way we work with the funding and resources available to us.
